workshop for 9th-12th grade girls

Join us for a three-day experience designed for high school girls who want to build meaningful friendships, explore who they are, and grow in confidence. Enjoy a relaxed, welcoming environment with a coffee bar and refreshments while connecting with other teen girls in a supportive space.

Through meaningful conversations, interactive activities, self-reflection, and connection with peers, participants will have the opportunity to be authentic, encouraged, and supported while discovering they are not alone in what they're experiencing.

We'll Explore:
• Building healthy friendships
• Understanding who you are and what matters to you

• Navigating stress, comparison, and social pressures
• Communicating authentically
• Developing practical coping skills for everyday challenges

What to Expect:
• Small group discussions
• Creative and interactive activities
• Opportunities for self-reflection
• Connection with peers
• A fun, relaxed atmosphere

This workshop is offered by our graduate clinician interns, Riley Littlejohn and Amy Fulginiti, under the supervision of Casey Jones.
