About Us

I'm so glad you're here. Taking the first step toward support is a courageous decision, and I'm honored to walk alongside you as you pursue healing, growth, and hope.
I have a passion for working with teens, young adults, women, and adults navigating trauma, OCD, anxiety, life transitions, and perinatal mental health. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, carrying the weight of difficult experiences, or struggling to move forward, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where healing can begin.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Sand Tray Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to meet your unique needs. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I strive to help clients better understand the connection between their experiences, emotions, thoughts, and nervous system while building practical tools for lasting healing.
I have completed specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health and Sand Tray Therapy, and I am currently completing the consultation requirements of EMDR Basic Training to continue expanding my skills in trauma treatment.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies and my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. For clients who desire it, I am happy to thoughtfully integrate faith into the counseling process while always honoring your individual beliefs, values, and goals.
I believe healing happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, heard, and accepted. Whatever brings you to counseling, I look forward to walking alongside you as you move toward greater healing, resilience, and hope.
Riley's current rates for counseling services are $160 for the initial 90 minute intake appointment and $140 for all 55 minute appointments thereafter.
