Hi there! I’m Riley Littlejohn, and I’m really glad you’re here. Taking this first step toward support is a brave and empowering decision, and I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.

I’m currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. My background in Human Development and Family Studies profoundly shapes my view of people — emphasizing how we grow, connect, and respond to stress and change across all stages of life. My education has provided me with a deep understanding of human behavior and the factors that contribute to disorders such as anxiety, depression, and related struggles.

I am passionate about helping children, teens, and adults navigate their mental health journeys and find peace and stability in their lives. My person-centered and cognitive behavioral approach focuses on honoring your unique experiences, strengthening your ability to cope with stress, and challenging unhelpful thinking patterns. I aim to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.

I’m especially interested in working with those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions—whether you’re a young person trying to find your place in the world, a woman experiencing a dramatic life change, or a family navigating stress and adjustment. Whatever brings you to counseling, we can explore it together and find a path forward that feels right for you. I look forward to the opportunity to connect and walk this path alongside you.

Riley is available for in-person appointments, as well as telehealth appointments for those residing in North Carolina.

Riley's current rates for counseling services are $60 for the initial 90 minute intake appointment and $40 for all 55 minute appointments thereafter. â€‹
