Need support in establishing and maintaining mindfulness practices to empower you for positive, balanced days? Join this virtual accountability and guidance group to foster and model implementing daily mindfulness practices. Each session will include strategies that you can draw from to form independent routines for daily practice. This group will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:00 - 6:45 AM, beginning on February 1st.

Emotional regulation is a lifelong necessity. Often times when variables related to #adulting come into the picture, one must revise and even replace past habits to maintain a healthy balance within one’s self, as well as in relationships and interactions with family, friends, coworkers, and, well– people. This series will help participants develop skills to identify triggers, work toward acceptance of things that are outside of individual control, and better utilize coping strategies for emotional balance. Group work will also focus on creating positive routines and interactions for managing irritability, frustration, and other evoked emotions that can have unintended personal and relational consequences if left unadjusted. This group will meet on Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:20 PM, beginning on February 1st.

This is an interactive series with each session building on one another. It is a great way to build your mental wellness toolkit. Feeling like your life has been hijacked by Covid? This is a safe place to talk about how your life has been affected by the fall-out of the pandemic and all the changes it has spurred. In this group, you’ll share experiences and coping strategies within a support group setting, as well as receive tips from the group facilitator for greater empowerment for living well amidst new and ever-changing realities. This group will meet on Wednesdays from 8:00 - 8:50 PM, beginning on February 2nd.
