This group is for children ages 4-6. Using structured activities, the group facilitator will introduce and practice emotional regulation activities, calming strategies, self-soothing techniques, and healthy ways to communicate feelings. To foster a strong foundation these sessions have extended time and the program is limited to no more than five participants. It’s a great opportunity for parents to take advantage of the time frame for engaging in their own self-care and destress strategies while the session is taking place.
