This group is for young men ages 9-14. The ultimate marks of a gentleman are to have positive self-esteem and intentional life habits. This program will integrate social skills, emotional regulation and mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and cater to specific needs of the participants. This group will meet in-person on Wednesday nights from 6:00 - 6:50 PM, beginning on February 2nd.

This group is for children ages 4-6. Using structured activities, the group facilitator will introduce and practice emotional regulation activities, calming strategies, self-soothing techniques, and healthy ways to communicate feelings. To foster a strong foundation these sessions have extended time and the program is limited to no more than five participants. It’s a great opportunity for parents to take advantage of the time frame for engaging in their own self-care and destress strategies while the session is taking place. This group will meet in-person on Saturday mornings from 8:15 - 9:45 AM, beginning on January 29th.

A group for girls in 4th-6th grades to explore mindfulness practices, emotional management, and anti-stress strategies to form a solid foundation for positive self-esteem and joy-filled life habits. This series will empower tween girls by targeting topics specific to their developmental needs in order to establish sustainable positive living. This group will meet in-person on Saturday mornings from 10:00 - 10:50 AM, beginning on January 29th.

Middle schoolers have been hit especially hard during the pandemic. This series will support young ladies in 6th-8th grades with strategies and tools for facing concerns with solutions, bringing emotions into balance, managing communication with peers and parents, and identifying positive habits and hobbies to promote a strong sense of self and hope. This group will meet in-person on Saturday mornings from 11:00 - 11:50 AM, beginning on January 29th.

A group to engage high school girls and help them develop strategies for managing common stressors, as well as navigating life amidst a global pandemic and ongoing cultural changes. Sessions will be a mix of interactive strategies and peer support. This series will empower teen girls by targeting topics specific to their developmental and societal needs in order to establish sustainable positive living and develop a strong, positive sense of self. This group will meet in-person on Saturday mornings from 12:00 - 12:50 PM, beginning on January 29th.
