A 4-week series covering essential aspects of self-care and practical ways of implementing self-care that maximize including YOU in your day! This is an interactive series with each session building on one another. It is a great way to build your mental wellness toolkit. This group will meet on Tuesdays from 8:00 - 8:50 PM, beginning on February 1st.
